All Stays Are 31-Days Minimum
With bedrooms at either end of the house, each with a private entrance, the home is commodious for two, but fits four comfortably.
One small dog is welcome, two small dogs or one larger dog with advance approval only.
The standard rate is $4,850 per month April - September, $4,350 October - March, plus pet premium of $80 per month. Longer term (3 months+) rates negotiable. Payment for the first month is due at the time of booking, which is non-refundable, though we will accommodate changes to your reservation up to one month before move-in, as our schedule allows. There is a cleaning fee (for the end of your stay) of $250 due at move -in.
